First Friends Church is a full member of the Northwest Yearly Meeting of the Friends Church (NWYM).
In accordance with the tradition of the Friends movement, we affirm first and foremost the authority of Scripture and the Holy Spirit, above all written statements of belief.

Vancouver Friends Church is a vibrant and welcoming community of believers who seek to follow Jesus in the way of the historic Friends Church (Quakerism). We are part of the Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends Churches and believe in the power of prayer, the value of community, and the idea that each person has a unique relationship with God.
